Changing your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) method

  1. Go to the website myapps.microsoft.com.
  2. Select your Account (e.g. first.last@ttec.com).

  3. You will be re-directed to the TTEC’s sign in page.

  4. Sign in with your organizational account and password.

  5. Click on your name or avatar (top right corner). Then, click on the Profile menu.

  6. From Manage account, click on the Edit security info menu.

  7. Here, you will enter the code that is appearing in you mobile phone.

Change Text Message and Voice options


  1. Let’s say that you have enabled the option: Mobile phone SMS as default and now, you want to change it.
  2. Click on the Change default menu.

  3. Select the option you’d like to set as default and click Done.

Changing the phone number


  1. Now, to change the phone number, click on Change.

  2. Type the new phone number and click the Next button.

  3. You will be receiving an SMS message in you mobile phone (the one with the new phone number you just have entered).
    Type the code and click Next.

  4. Click on Done.

  5. Notice that the new phone number appears in the Phone field.
