This issue may happen for a variety of reasons.
One option that may solve for this is described below. If this doesn’t fix the problem, please contact ASD.
- Shut down PC by clicking on the Start button on the TT2Go desktop. Then click on the Shut down command.
- Unplug the video cable from back of computer going to 2nd monitor.
- Restart and Log into the USB.
- Connect the second monitor once logged in.
